Cody and his team provided the framing, roof decking, interior and exterior sheathing and drywall, mechanical rough outs, and woodwork (heavy framing timbers, doors and trim) for a stand alone addition to our home. The key was matching the products and style with our current home and buildings. The weather was difficult during the summer of 2023 and they all worked through the heat and gave us a very good result. Cody is very experienced and does the framing work along with the trim work at a high level. Following this larger project we worked with him again on a smaller job and have been just as satisfied as we are with the first project. If you are considering a construction contractor we definitely recommend Cody Ytuarte and his team.
